Assistant Caretaker

Are you looking for a new challenge? We require an Assistant Caretaker to assist in the provision of maintenance and security services on the school premises. The position means working both mornings and evenings so will include opening and locking up the school and will also include driving the school mini bus.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate in a professional but friendly manner to both students and staff.

Sports Centre Assistant—Casual - recruiting as and when we have a vacancy
Grade 1, SCP 1 (£9.50 per hour)
We are looking for an assistant who will work to ensure the smooth, safe day to-day running of the Centre. The post-holder will ensure that facilities are prepared and available for usage and that facilities are in a safe condition for use. The position will also include working on pool side.

Code of Practice on the English Language requirement for Public Sector Workers. From 1 October 2016 there is a statutory duty to ensure that each person in a customer-facing role speaks fluent English. This is in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016. The Code states that "Members of staff who, as a regular and intrinsic part of their role, are required to speak to members of the public in English or Welsh if they are considered to be working in a customer-facing role."
This is relevant to but not limited to the following types of job roles; Teaching and Teaching Assistant roles, administrative and receptionist posts.
The ability to communicate at ease with stakeholders and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
