Secondary Teacher of English
F/T - ECT/MPS/UPS – starting September 2023
This is an excellent opportunity for an exciting, innovative and dynamic teacher to join our experienced English team. The right person will be an enthusiastic, committed and passionate individual who is able to motivate and inspire young people. St Martins School is a very special place. Hub (learning resource centre) Manager

The HUB Centre and Primary Mini Hub are at the heart of school life and play a central role in developing a culture of reading within the school. You will manage independent groups, giving guidance and advice to students and staff in order to provide an inspirational learning resource. You will be a clear communicator, accomplished at building relationships, organised and reliable. You will be confident in working with children, planning and leading activities.

Administrator with Attendance

The postholder will be a key member of the Student Support Services department, recording and completing the administration of all student absence and liaising with parents, EWO and SLT. The successful candidate will need to have a high level of organization, strong interpersonal skills, clarity of communication and to work with discretion and sensitivity. It is essential that the person for this role can work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach. You will require a good level of IT skills.

Site Manager
Grade 8, £27,852 to £29,439 per annum
37 hours per week, all year round

Required from September 2023
We are looking for a practical, well-organised person who is capable of managing a small team. The person appointed will play a key role in managing the safety and appearance of the school site in order to provide a safe and secure teaching and learning environment. Applicants should have good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in Caretaking/Site Management. Experience in a skilled trade would be an advantage.

Sports Centre Assistant—Casual
Grade 1, SCP 1 (£9.50 per hour)
We are looking for an assistant who will work to ensure the smooth, safe day to-day running of the Centre. The post-holder will ensure that facilities are prepared and available for usage and that facilities are in a safe condition for use. The position will also include working on pool side.

The ability to communicate at ease with stakeholders and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
